Plastomer Technologies Announces its intention to relocate its Plastomer Products facility in Newtown, PA to Houston, TX

Newtown , PA , May 3, 2007 - Plastomer Technologies, an EnPro Industries company, today announced its intention to relocate its Plastomer Products facility in Newtown, Pennsylvania, to Houston, Texas. Plastomer Products will share manufacturing facilities with two other Plastomer companies, Texolon and Amicon Plastics.

This consolidation of operations will allow Plastomer Products to streamline manufacturing processes and take advantage of internal resources to more efficiently and effectively serve our customers.

The relocation will take place in phases to ensure that manufacturing of all our product lines continues without interruption. We anticipate being fully operational in the new Houston facility by March 31, 2008
