Our standard grade PTFE Thread Sealant Tape is for those applications that do not require the sealing properties of a premium grade thread sealant. This is intended to be used for general purpose sealing in pipe threads. Plasti-Thread and standard PTFE thread sealant tapes are available for private labeling. In addition,our tapes meets the requirements of MIL-T-27730A, and have earned the UL Mark of Safety and CSA. Its unlimited shelf life allows pre-wrapping and storage of threaded parts. Plastomer Products uses only virgin grade PTFE in the manufacturing of our tapes.
